Phantom Ranch from Clear Creek Trail – Grand Canyon

This is the view looking down on Phantom Ranch from the Clear Creek Trail near the Bench. This is about 1,200′ above Phantom Ranch on our way back from Clear Creek campground.
Phantom Ranch is almost a mile down and 10 miles by trail from the South Rim. Approximately 4.5million people visit the South Rim each year and maybe 50,000 make it to here.
